According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Thailand, around 76 percent of the respondents aged 35 to 44 years stated they would continue ordering online after social distancing measures have been lifted due to the COVID-19 pandemic as of August 2021. In contrast, around 24 percent of respondents from the same age group said they would reduce ordering food online.
