According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Thailand, around 72 percent of the respondents stated they would continue ordering online after lifting social distancing measures from the COVID-19 pandemic as of August 2021. On the other hand, around 28 percent of respondents stated that they would reduce ordering food online.
