According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Thailand, 49 percent of the female respondents decreased or stopped ordering food online because they wanted to cook more for themselves and their families during COVID-19 pandemic as of June 2020. In contrast, only nine percent of male respondents stated decreasing their online food orders because of increased fees.
