According to the survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Singapore, approximately 60 percent of the respondents stated that they more often ordered food from delivery apps during the COVID-19 pandemic. Only one percent of the respondents never used food delivery apps during this time. The same survey showed that Singaporeans mainly ordered dinner on food delivery apps.
