Frequency of participation in protests among young people in France 2020, by age
France has a long history of significant social movements, ranging from the French revolution to the recent yellow vests movement. With youth movements to defend the climate emerging all over the world, one could expect the French young generation to play a key role. However, it appears that 46 percent of young French people aged between 22 and 25 years old had never participated in a demonstration in 2020.
