According to the survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Malaysia, approximately 63 percent of the respondents between 25 and 34 years old stated that they ordered food using food delivery apps more often during the COVID-19 outbreak. In comparison, two percent of respondents from the same age group said they never used food delivery apps. The same survey showed that Malaysians usually order food once or twice a week on food delivery apps.
