Customers mobile vs. desktop device usage when shopping online U.S. 2018

According to a study of 300 secret shoppers, most online buyers (61 percent) in the U.S. used a PC or desktop device when buying goods online. 39 percent of shoppers stated that they mainly used their mobile devices when placing their online orders.
