According to the survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Indonesia, approximately 48 percent of Indonesian respondents stated that they ordered food from food delivery apps more often during the COVID-19 outbreak because they enjoyed a variety of food and food made them happy during that period. 13 percent of the respondents said the reason why they used food delivery apps more often was because they cannot cook. The same survey showed that Indonesians mainly ordered dinner on food delivery apps.
