According to the survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Indonesia, approximately 47 percent of the respondents who are aged between 25 and 44 years old stated that they ordered food on food delivery apps more often during the COVID-19 pandemic. In comparison, only two percent of respondents aged between 16 and 24 years old never used food delivery apps. The same survey showed that Indonesians usually order food once or twice a week on food delivery apps.
