According to the findings of the survey, Roma men had a higher level of education then women of the same ethnicity in Hungary. In 2019, almost one-third of Roma men between the ages of 25 and 44 had completed upper secondary or a higher level of education.

In total 7,947 interviews with Roma respondents were carried out across the nine EU Member States, ranging from 508 interviews in Greece to 1,408 in Romania,
