Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, home office has been one of the main changes implemented by companies in order to limit the spread of the disease. According to an online survey carried out in Mexico among employees working from home in May 2020, close to 70 percent of respondents stated that, after the home-office experience, they would prefer to work on a hybrid modality, being able to work a certain amount of time from home, while also having the possibility to work from the office. Only one out of ten respondents said they preferred working exclusively from the office.
