Mexico: perceived advantages of home office 2020
Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, lockdown measures have been taken all around the globe in order to limit the spread of the virus and its disease. In the working world, home office has been one of the main structural changes implemented by companies in order to avoid local outbreaks. According to a survey carried out among recruiters in Mexico between March and April 2020, some of the main benefits that respondents have seen within the working from home period are less time and money spent on commuting, and the enhancement of individual responsibility among employees.
