Process categories supported by business service centers in Poland 2023
In the finance and accounting category, accounts payable, business controlling were the most frequently handled by business service centers in Poland in 2023. In the HR category, HR mobility and payroll were the most commonly supported processes. Fifty percent of business service centers in the IT category handled the testing process. Additionally, over 50 percent of business service centers supported the fulfillment services.
