The period of isolation caused by the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 changed the eating habits among Poles. Over 35 percent of those surveyed ate more vegetables. Every third respondent increased the amount of consumed fruit, and almost every fourth Pole ate more products rich in vitamins and Omega-3 acids.
