A survey conducted from April 2020 to April 2021 revealed that Netflix had the highest level of satisfaction amongst its users, with 86 percent of the respondents satisfied with the video service provider. This was followed by Disney+, with 77 percent. 14 percent of respondents said they were dissatisfied with BBC television services.

STV includes STV2 and STV Player.
UTV includes UTV, ITV2,3,4, ITV Be, ITV Encore and ITV Hub.
Channel 4 includes Channel 4, E4, More 4, 4 Seven, Film 4 , 4 Music and AII4.
Channel 5 includes Channel 5, 5Star, 5USA, Spike, 5 and My5.
Sky includes Sky One, Sky Atlantic, Sky Living, Sky Cinema, Sky Sports, Pick and Now TV.
