Argentina: share of urban population that traveled overnight 2010-2019
In 2019, 38.6 percent of the Argentine population living in urban areas took at least one overnight trip, which shows an increase of 1.5 percent in comparison to the previous year. Since 2016, however, the South American country has seen lower percentages of overnight urban travelers than the ones recorded in the first half of the last decade. In 2015, for instance, 48.4 percent of people from Argentina living in urban areas made at least one overnight trip.
