In 2018, the parking operator Indigo Group won a 15 year lease contract to operate 11,645 parking spaces in ten Tenco shopping centers located in eight Brazilian states. Expanding its operations in the country, the company signed a contract in 2019 with the Smart Outlet of Guarulhos, where it will be in charge for 15 years of the management and operation of the outlet's parking lot. In 2020, the company added the Ibirapuera park and seven Dasa clinics to its portfolio.
