This presents a decrease of approximately 13.3 percent compared to 2018. Between 2000 and 2019, an upward trend with an overall increase of roughly 137 percent was observed. The major drops during this timespan between 2003 and 2005, 2009 and 2010 as well as in 2017 are probably linked to the droughts existing in these periods.
