Prevalence of chronic headache and migraine in Belgium 1997-2018, by gender
In 2018, the prevalence of chronic headaches and migraines was higher for women than for men in Belgium. Indeed, 13.4 percent of Belgian women suffered from chronic headaches or migraines in 2018 for 7 percent of men. Over the last decade, the prevalence of such a chronic condition decreased in the country.
