Expectations of digital identity in Poland 2020
Every third respondent in Poland would like to use his or her digital identity to log in to public administration services, e.g., to use his or her identity card or to check the number of penalty points. In 2020, 29 percent of respondents would like to use their bank identity to log in to public services such as gas, electricity, water, or waste.
