Delivery order share in restaurants in Russia 2019-2022, by type
Delivery orders increased their share in total restaurant orders in Russia, according to surveys conducted from 2019 to 2022. In the latest survey from November 2022, over 30 percent of restaurant representatives stated that 26 to 50 percent of their orders were for delivery, up from 20 percent of respondents three years prior.
