Reasons why French people do not use banking apps in 2018
The share of French people who have not downloaded any banking application on their smartphone in 2018 is estimated at 45 percent. It appears that 51 percent of the respondents had concerns about the security of their banking data, but that the main reason French people did not download this tool was that they did not see the point of using it.
