A June 2020 survey revealed that 48 percent of Black online adults in the United States had posted a picture to show their support for a cause. In comparison, only 33 percent of white online adults in the U.S. had done the same thing. Additionally, 46 percent of Hispanic online adults looked for information about rallies or protests happening in their area.
