Opinions on home office advantages in Italy 2019, by length
How does one's opinion about home office advantages change over time? This is what a survey conducted in 2019 set out to investigate. Results showed that people who had been working from home for more than three years recognized more advantages than those who did so for a shorter time. In particular, the largest increase in perceived advantages over time was found in the management of urgent tasks, work efficacy, perceived manager trust, and accountability for objectives and results.
