Tourists traveling alone in South Korea in 2023, by origin
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2023, around 75 percent of visitors from Mongolia stated that they were traveling solo. In stark contrast, visitors from Singapore rarely traveled alone, with less than 15 percent doing so. The overall average rate of solo travelers visiting South Korea that year was 33.8 percent.
