Amazon's Echo and Echo Dot were the most preferred smart speakers in the eyes of buys, according to a 2019 global voice tech survey. Fourty-three percent of survey respondents wanted to buy Echo or Echo Dot as of that time. A further 31 percent wanted to buy Google Home Mini.
*The first survey was conducted in March-June 2018 on 2,000 global respondents representing the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and India. The second survey was conducted on 5,000 U.S. consumers in February 2019.
