According to the survey about consumer behavior after COVID-19 outbreak, about 30 percent of respondents from Taiwan said they improved their skills in using online shopping platforms. About 31 percent of respondents also said their ability of using mobile payment was not improved so far.

The survey was conducted among respondents who were:
50 percent male and 50 percent female;
25 percent aged 20 to 29 years, 25 percent aged 30 to 39 years, 25 percent aged 40 to 49 years, 25 percent aged 50 to 59 years;
50 percent from northern area, 20 percent from middle area, 30 percent from southern area.
