Share of students in upper secondary education feeling lonely in Finland 2021
According to a national school health study from 2021, the feeling of loneliness was more common among female than male students in upper secondary schools in Finland. Almost 20 percent of the female students at vocational schools said that they had felt lonely while the corresponding share of male students was only 11 percent.
