Mexico: main actions taken after an online purchase 2019
During a 2019 survey conducted among internet users with affinity for online retail in Mexico, 69 percent of respondents said they proceeded to rate a product after buying it on the internet, while 56 percent stated that they had rated the vendor following their online purchase.
