Health benefits of masturbation according to Japanese 2019
According to a survey conducted in 2019 on self-pleasure habits around the world, the majority of Japanese respondents felt that masturbation has neither a positive nor a negative effect on personal health. Only about six percent of people surveyed in Japan described masturbation as a habit leading to a deteriorating state of health.
