According to a survey on consumers' satisfaction with their electricity provider conducted in Singapore from June to November 2020, 82 percent of respondents stated that they signed a contract with their electricity provider due to attractive price plans. Meanwhile, five percent of respondents said that they would sign a contract bundled with other services such as mobile phone plans.
