Digital skills level of Russians 2023, by age group

The population aged 15 years and older.

The assessment was based on the activities that individuals have carried out over the past three months in the following five categories: work with information, communication, setting up digital equipment, use of online services, and operation of a software.

The digital skills level were defined as follows: Above basic: possessing skills from all groups on the level above basic;
Basic: possessing skills from all groups under the condition that at least in one group the skill level was basic;
Low: lack of skills in one or two groups;
No skills: lack of skills in all five groups.

Figures may not sum up to 100 percent due to rounding.
