According to French professionals in 2020, the way they found out about information on social networks that led them to purchase a product or service was in an autonomous way: around 72 percent mentioned their own news feed, while 28 percent mentioned the influence of a peer, colleague or other provider that had given them good advice. The same maketing professionals considered LinkedIn to be the most effective social media platform for businesses.
