In 2019 and 2020, the source had asked social media marketing representatives of companies in France, which types of posts incited the the most to buy a product or a service. The most prevalent response were articles and posst, with a growth of about five percent from 2019, reaching 61.5 percent in 2020. A striving format, the video, is not to be disregarded with a rise of almost 10 percent bewteen 2019 and 2020.
