Opinion of luxury professionals on the inclusion of minorities in France 2019
More and more companies claim to be improving their diversity and inclusion policies. Many consumers expect these commitments from luxury companies too. From the perspective of the luxury industry, inclusivity is not considered as a threat to creativity by most professionals. Conversely, 22 percent of luxury professionals rather agreed that it was a creative constraint.
