Christmas dinner is one of the biggest end-of-year expenses for Mexican consumers. According to a survey carried out in Mexico between December 2019 and April 2020, around 28 percent of respondents spent more on Christmas dinner than on any other end-of-year celebration. Toys purchased both for Christmas and Three Kings Day festivities represented the largest holiday season spending for, as indicated by roughly 20 percent of respondents each.
