Main barriers to sustainability reporting in ports worldwide 2019
According to a 2019 survey, the dominating barrier to sustainability reporting among ports of worldwide was lack of resources, with 28 port management bodies pointing to this reason. Poor data availability was the second most cited factor, closely followed by difficulties in selecting meaningful sustainability indicators.
