Perceived type of interactions bewteen companies and social network users France 2020
In 2018, representatives of companies on social media had perceived a brand-consumer interaction to be more direct and on a rather personal level. Over two years, that number has steadily decreased, with business professionals considering the interaction to be professional and on a commercial level: in 2018, 78 percent of professionals considered the exchanges to be more personal, compared to 70 percent in 2020.
