According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Malaysia, 77 percent of the respondents stated that they would stop buying online because they preferred shopping in a physical store and being able to inspect the product before buying it. Meanwhile, there were 13 percent of respondents who stated they wanted to support local brick and mortar shops.
