According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Indonesia, 70 percent of the respondents stated that they would stop buying online because they preferred shopping in a physical store and being able to inspect the product before buying it. Meanwhile, there were 21 percent of respondents who stated they wanted to support local brick and mortar shops.
