Urban land price index of Taichung City Taiwan 2013-2022
The urban land price index value for Taiwan's special municipality Taichung City in September 2022 was 105.91. Compared to other special municipalities, the land price in Taichung City increased at a smaller rate which peaked in September of 2016. Furthermore, the price index had not stabilized after the peak but instead fluctuated between the index values of 99.88 and 100.84.
