While the beauty clinic business has been booming in China, patient complaints and consumer dissatisfaction were also on the rise. In 2020, China Consumer Association received over 7,200 customer complaints in regard to medical aesthetics procedures, a majority of which were about after-sales services, quality, and contract problems.
