Brazil: sources of fake news according to companies 2018

Almost nine out of ten (87 percent of) companies surveyed in Brazil in 2018 stated that social media and messaging apps were the biggest source of fake news. Around 77 percent of respondents mentioned blogs and internet forums, whereas almost half (47 percent) of them mentioned content shared by relatives and friends.
