Take-up of office real estate in the UK declined in most markets in the fourth quarter of 2023, with Docklands seeing the largest drop in demand. In Belfast, the volume of office space transacted increased 85 percent year-on-year, making it the city with the most increase. London city - the largest office market in the UK - also experienced growing demand, with take-up rising 48 percent in the fourth quarter of the year.
