According to Russian parents whose schoolchildren switched to distance education due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak referred to internet and connection issues as the main disadvantage of studying from home as of April 2020. Furthermore, 14 percent of respondents believed that children needed live communication with teachers, which could not be provided by the system of distance education.
