According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, 65 percent of respondents aged between 45 to 54 years stated they purchased more online during the COVID-19 pandemic in Thailand as of May 2020. In comparison, only six percent of respondents aged between 55 years and over stated that they purchased less online.
