A survey of Indonesian parents conducted in March 2019 revealed about 30 percent of respondents claimed that the ideal number of students in a classroom was 16 to 20 students. According to the same survey, 21.5 percent of respondents stated that 21 to 25 students were still ideal for a classroom.
