According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online shopping during COVID-19, 67.01 percent of respondents claimed that they decreased the number of online purchases because they have been affected by the economic impact and have been trying to reduce unnecessary expenses. In the same survey, 58.49 percent of respondents stated that they purchased more online.
