According to a cloud computing survey, the use of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in companies will increased from 24 percent to 36 percent of overall software usage, a year and a half from the point of survey in 2020. The use of open source software will also gain weight, while the presence of the commercially licensed software will decrease.
