Reasons for online purchases after coronavirus lockdown lifted in China 2020

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has sped up a shift to online shopping in China. According to a survey on Chinese online shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in May 2020, 38 percent of the respondents who would continue purchasing online after lockdown measures are lifted said they would do so because of the convenience.
